Hi, I'm Katie Breard,

I’m a pre & postnatal specialist training women away from feeling like a stranger in their new bodies to being in the best shape of their lives.

I am also a mama of two kids under 3. I have conceived through IVF, been through two active pregnancies, lived through some crazy pregnancy scares, and recovered from both a vaginal and c-section birth.

In short, I understand YOU, mama!

I know what it feels like to appreciate my body in pregnancy and postpartum, while also feeling in a body I don’t know. I know what it feels like to suffer from (and recover from!) ab separation, and know the struggles of finding time to exercise as a mom.

In spite of all this I have learned and now teach safe and effective training practices to help women transform their bodies and get in amazing shape.

I am a graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training with a focus on pre and post-natal fitness. I live in Brookline, MA and trains clients both virtually and in person.
