20 Minute Booty Burner w/ Circle Band & 30 Min Bodyweight Workout

One is a 20 Minute Booty burner with a circle band and the other is a 30 Minute bodyweight workout (attached above). Both are postpartum safe but great for anyone to do!!

Note: if you have any issues with bladder control, take out the jumping section of the bodyweight workout.

On Fridays in my group coaching courses, I often like to teach a quicker, and different style of workout or stretch session for my postpartum groups.

(If you take my courses on demand they are in the exercise lib!!).

This is a great mix-up from the traditional weight lifting classes during the rest of the week.
