I recently started teaching an online live prenatal group class and have fallen in love with it!! The class is offered twice a week and includes:

-2 life 45-minute strength classes, 

-plus recordings of the class, 

-PLUS access to recordings of all previous classes offered! 

We are quickly growing a community of pregnant women focused on feeling amazing in their bodies during this special time. They are dedicated to working out safely and effectively - amongst a group of women who GET IT.
