Just because you're a mom now, doesn't mean that you have to settle for less when it comes to your body. You can be a mom AND be in the BEST shape of your life! You don't have to wait until the kids are grown and you don't have to just settle for avoiding family photos and feeling dissatisfied! It's my personal mission to help moms like you discover how to find your rhythm and take back your health and fitness while you tackle motherhood.
I know what it feels like to appreciate my body in pregnancy and postpartum, while also enduring a body I felt I didn't know. I know what it feels like to suffer from ab separation and to struggle to find time to exercise as a mom. But I also know how empowering it feels to overcome those struggles and the joy that comes from watching my body heal!
Through the challenges of balancing my health and motherhood, I have learned and now have the opportunity to teach safe and effective training practices to help women transform their bodies and get in amazing shape.

Hi! I'm Katie Breard, and I’m a pre & postnatal training specialist, a graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training, AND a mom of two under three. I train women to transform their bodies and get in the best shape of their lives. Why am I specifically passionate about helping moms with their pre and postpartum fitness journeys you ask?
It's simple, my own journey was a struggle and often incredibly overwhelming! After battling through infertility and IVF, my first pregnancy left me feeling alone and often defeated when it came to healing from pregnancy. I could never seem to find a fitness program that worked quite right for where I was at. Then, when I was 27 weeks pregnant with my son, my water broke leaving me on bedrest for the remainder of my pregnancy. After a grueling C-section and having to literally learn how to walk again, I woke up with a new son and a body I didn't recognize. I was in the weakest shape of my life. Having already been a fitness lover, you can imagine that these circumstances left me miserable and dissatisfied. I set out on a mission to find the best training program that would give me the additional support I needed to heal, and, I came up empty. I felt lost and confused from the lack of support I found. I knew then that someone needed to create a community for moms that would dedicate just as much time to learning how to take care of your body postpartum as we do to learning how to care for our new babies. I began researching the safest way to reach my goals and combining what I found and of course practicing what I learned for myself! One step at a time I began to see the progress and strength I wanted.
I've developed a program that will help you, pre & postnatal mothers, recover from birthing injuries like ab separation and to comfortably and safely build a body you're CONFIDENT in again - or maybe - for the very first time!
